Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchPilot.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

MatchPilot provides AI-assisted dating-profile guidance, which may include a free preview and a paid complete report with photo-order coaching, profile feedback, and related recommendations.

Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product evolves. We may update the service without notice when reasonably necessary.

• MatchPilot does not guarantee more matches, messages, dates, relationships, or any particular dating outcome.
• AI-generated feedback is subjective and provided for informational purposes only.
• Dating results depend on many factors outside MatchPilot’s control.
• Ratings and feedback assess profile presentation and photo suitability, not your personal worth or objective attractiveness.

Results may be generated or assisted by automated systems and third-party AI providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation. You should use your own judgment and not rely on MatchPilot as professional relationship, psychological, medical, or legal advice.

You represent that:

• You own the content you upload or have permission to use it.
• You have permission from recognizable people appearing in uploaded images.
• You will not upload unlawful, stolen, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
• You will not upload images of minors.
• You will not upload intimate or sexually explicit images.
• You remain responsible for your content and how you use the service.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant MatchPilot only a limited right to process uploaded content as necessary to operate the requested analysis and deliver related purchase fulfillment. MatchPilot does not receive a perpetual, transferable, or commercial license to your photos under these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use MatchPilot for illegal activity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Upload images without authorization
• Attempt to identify, track, or surveil people through the service
• Use facial recognition or similar identification tools on uploaded content through MatchPilot
• Scrape, crawl, or automate abuse of the website
• Circumvent technical restrictions, payment gates, or security measures
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent the service or your relationship to MatchPilot
• Use the service to discriminate against or demean people

The complete MatchPilot report is available for a one-time payment of $6.99 USD per associated analysis. There is no subscription.

Paid purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record / authorised reseller. MatchPilot does not collect complete card details. Payment, billing, tax invoicing, and applicable buyer terms for the transaction are handled under Paddle's buyer terms (including Paddle's refund policy), which continue to apply together with any mandatory consumer rights. • Each payment unlocks only the associated analysis/report.
• A completed payment does not unlock other analyses or future reports.
• Report access may depend on your analysis session, device, and our ability to verify payment status.
• You should save or download your report after purchase, because access may not remain available indefinitely from every browser or device.
• If payment is interrupted after a successful charge, contact support so we can help restore access where appropriate.

Our refund and billing practice for MatchPilot purchases is described in full in the Refund Policy. In summary:

• If a technical error creates a duplicate charge for the same analysis, contact support so we can review and refund the duplicate where appropriate.
• If payment fails, is cancelled, or is not completed, the report remains locked.
• Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Because the product delivers digital AI-generated content that may be viewed immediately after unlock, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked, except where required by law or where a clear billing error occurred.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through Paddle’s and the payment method’s processes. We may provide transaction records to respond to disputes.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived, or rights available under Paddle's applicable buyer or refund terms.

MatchPilot's software, branding, layout, and original content are owned by MatchPilot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our permission. Generated report text is provided for your personal use in connection with your dating profiles.

MatchPilot relies on third-party AI providers, payment processors (including Paddle as Merchant of Record for paid purchases), cloud and infrastructure providers, and analytics and security providers, and may link to third-party dating apps or websites. MatchPilot is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or content, except to the extent required by law.

We may restrict or suspend access to the service if we believe you have misused it, created a security risk, or violated these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, MatchPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchPilot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MatchPilot regarding use of the website.
