When you use MatchPilot, we may collect or process:

• Photos you voluntarily upload for analysis
• Dating app and relationship-goal selections you choose in the interface
• Email addresses you provide at checkout for receipt, report delivery, and support
• Optional marketing-email consent when you explicitly opt in
• Generated analysis reports and related analysis metadata
• Payment transaction identifiers, payment status, price, currency, and purchase timestamps
• Technical and usage information such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, page interactions, and diagnostic data
• Information you voluntarily send to our support email address

Marketing emails are sent only if you separately opt in. Checkout email collection is not treated as marketing consent.

Photos you select are securely transmitted for the analysis you request. They are processed by a third-party AI processing provider to generate your preview and report.

MatchPilot does not retain the original uploaded photos. Generated report content and related analysis records may be retained so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. Temporary operational processing by service providers may occur as needed to complete the request.

• You should upload only photos you own or are authorized to use.
• MatchPilot does not sell uploaded photos.
• MatchPilot does not use uploaded photos for advertising targeting.

We use information to:

• Generate the requested analysis and provide free previews
• Provide and unlock purchased reports
• Process purchases and confirm payment status
• Respond to customer support, billing, or deletion requests
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
• Meet legal, security, and operational obligations

We may share limited information with categories of service providers that help us operate the service, including:

• AI processing providers
• Cloud hosting and database providers
• Payment processors
• Analytics and performance providers
• Fraud prevention and security providers
• Professional or legal advisers when required
• Authorities when legally required

Personal information is not sold. Information may also be disclosed when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security.

Payments are handled by an external payment processor. MatchPilot does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes. MatchPilot may retain transaction IDs, payment status, price, currency, and purchase timestamps needed to unlock the associated report and handle support requests.

MatchPilot uses browser storage in two broad categories: essential storage needed to operate the service, and optional analytics and advertising technologies that run only when you choose to allow them.

Essential storage. We use strictly necessary first-party cookies and related storage to keep the website secure, protect against abuse, associate your browser with the analysis and report you are working on, and support core features such as upload, analysis, checkout, payment confirmation, and paid report access. This essential storage is required for the product to function and is not used for marketing profiling.

We also collect a small set of first-party, privacy-minimized product usage and service-health events — for example that a page was viewed, photos were uploaded, an analysis started or failed, checkout opened, or a verified purchase completed — so we can operate and understand the service. These events do not include your email, photos, or report content, are not used to build a lasting advertising profile, and are not used for advertising. Optional product analytics, session insights, and advertising tools still run only with your permission.

Analytics and advertising technologies. With your permission, we may use product analytics, session insights, and advertising measurement tools to understand how MatchPilot is used, diagnose issues, measure marketing performance, and improve the experience. These technologies may set cookies or use similar identifiers and may collect technical and interaction information such as pages viewed, clicks, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Our analytics setup is designed so that events do not intentionally include uploaded photos, filenames, analysis report text, or the email address entered at checkout. You can accept or reject non-essential tracking when prompted, change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the site footer, or use browser privacy controls where available.

MatchPilot does not retain original uploaded photos. Generated reports, email addresses, and transaction records may be retained for service delivery, security, accounting, support, or legal purposes. Analytics providers may retain technical information according to their own settings and policies.

If you email support@aimatchpilot.com, that message remains in the receiving inbox as needed to respond to you.

Information may be processed by service providers in countries other than your own. Where legally required, appropriate protections are used for such transfers. By using the website, you understand that information may be processed in those locations.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the service. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
