MatchPilot operates the website at aimatchpilot.com and provides dating-profile and photo guidance through an AI-assisted preview experience.

When you use MatchPilot, the service may process:

• Photos you voluntarily select for preview or analysis
• Dating app and dating-goal selections you choose in the interface
• Anonymous product interaction events, such as button clicks and funnel steps
• Browser, device, operating-system, approximate country, and page information
• Technical diagnostic information related to site performance and errors
• Information you voluntarily send to our support email address

In the current MVP, the early-access email form validates your entry locally in your browser. The email address you enter is not stored, transmitted to MatchPilot servers, or retained by MatchPilot after you submit or close the form.

In the current demo, photos you select are previewed and processed entirely in your browser. They are not intentionally uploaded to MatchPilot servers. Photo data remains in your browser's memory during your session and is released when you remove a photo, start over, refresh the page, or close the tab.

Photos are used only to provide the requested profile preview or analysis. You should upload only photos you own or are authorized to use.

• MatchPilot does not use uploaded photos to identify people.
• MatchPilot does not sell uploaded photos.
• MatchPilot does not use uploaded photos for advertising targeting.

The current preview may use simulated or locally generated results rather than sending your images to an external AI service. If we introduce permanent storage, server-side processing, or external AI analysis in the future, we will update this policy before those features launch.

MatchPilot uses analytics and similar technologies to understand how the product is used and to improve the experience. Services currently in use include:

• PostHog — anonymous product events and funnel behavior
• Microsoft Clarity — session replays and interaction analytics
• Vercel Analytics — traffic, browser, device, and performance information

These tools help us understand which features are used, measure product interest, diagnose usability problems, and monitor site performance.

Our analytics setup is designed so that events do not intentionally include uploaded photos, filenames, analysis text, or the email entered in the purchase-intent form. Microsoft Clarity may record interactions and page behavior, with sensitive form fields masked where supported. PostHog may use first-party storage or cookies depending on its configuration, which can create persistent visitor identifiers even when we do not ask for your name or email.

You may be able to limit analytics through browser privacy settings, blocking tools, or cookie controls where provided by your browser or device.

We use information to:

• Provide and improve the MatchPilot service
• Understand how the product is used
• Detect errors, abuse, and misuse
• Evaluate interest in future paid features
• Respond to support requests
• Protect the service, users, and our legal rights

Limited information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the website, including hosting and analytics providers such as Vercel, PostHog, and Microsoft.

• Personal information is not sold.
• Uploaded photos are not sold.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security.

Analytics providers may retain event and technical information according to their own configured settings and policies. We do not control their retention schedules.

The current email-intent form does not retain the address you enter. If you email support@aimatchpilot.com, that message remains in the receiving inbox as needed to respond to you.

In the current demo, uploaded photos are not intentionally retained on MatchPilot servers because they are processed in your browser during your session. We do not promise a specific deletion time beyond that session behavior unless stated otherwise in a future update.

Hosting and analytics providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using the website, you understand that information may be processed in those locations.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through the service. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may:

• Stop using the service at any time
• Choose not to upload photos
• Use browser privacy controls and blocking tools
• Contact us with privacy questions at support@aimatchpilot.com
• Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable

Depending on where you live, you may have certain legal rights regarding personal information. To ask about those rights, contact support@aimatchpilot.com.

MatchPilot is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

MatchPilot may reference or link to third-party websites or dating apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
